Formed in 2003 by Donald Gspann, Concept Professional Systems, Inc. (CPS) is successor to the Sound-Arts Company, Inc., Pro Audio Department. The formation of the new company was brought about by the retirement of the senior owner of Sound-Arts Company, Inc. The pro audio department had been formed over 20 years ago by Donald Gspann in response to the growing demand for high-quality, professional audio production and services.
